Project Summary
The Mebo Lakefront Spring Resort covers about 25 acres of development land in City of Lake Elsinore. The project will includes 108 lake view luxury condos, about 30 retail stores and restaurants, such as fashion clothing stores, toy stores, beauty salons, law & accounting offices, bank, medical clinic etc. as well as a variety of mainstream restaurants. At the core of the project is the creation of a 1100 feet long business & entertainment pier with a full view of all water sports activities on the lake. A four-star hotel (Hyatt or Marriot Hotel system) with a total of 132 rooms, which is included about 10 elegant and luxury Hotel Condo Resident units.
Phase 1 ─ Mebo Lake Spring Town Center
The spring town center is surrounded by variety natural trees, native vegetation and the
beautiful of nature water lake. Development project included two luxury condo buildings
with total of 108 units.

Phase 2 ─ Mebo Lake Pier Business Center
A 70 ft wide, 1100 ft long business & entertainment pier to be built on the lake. The main display area is decorated with a western garden style providing a scenic walking street that extends all the way into Lake. On both sides of the piers will has a series of retail stores and restaurants and children paradise. The centralized fountain in front of the pier will control by a computerize system to provide a professional audio and lighting system. By having a
professional audio and lighted fountain at the lake shopping center will create a more family resort like feel for the local residents, shoppers, patrons, businesses and visitors.
